Pricing, timelines, and deliverables described on this site are illustrative and subject to change based on the specifics of each project.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Ember & Echo Multimedia. For client projects, ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website or produced media) transfers to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant project agreement.

No Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Ember & Echo Multimedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability under a separate signed service agreement.
